Week 20

Hello everyone,

Well this weeks been interesting. I had a Trade off with Elder Wangsgard just for the day on Tuesday after our district meeting we mowed a lot of lawns this week too.. I think it was 3 or something. I made Spaghetti on Wednesday (finally) it tasted good. I met some french people on the street so I used my broken french to talk with them but didn't get very far, esp seeing as I know no gospel terms, but it was ok.

We found someone who seems really keen on learning about the gospel; Joel, he started to read from the Book of Mormon as he walked back home (he was a street contact). we had a 'come and see' fireside last night too, I really enjoyed it. we were the choir, we sung How great thou art in English, Tongan, then Samoan and then into whaka ria mai. The other song was Joseph Smith's first prayer to the tune of Come Thou Fount. Elder Wark and Elder Puckridge gave wonderful talks; you could definitely feel the spirit.

I've been eating more fruit too, I got some granny smiths and bananas to munch on. R needs a new job so he can come to church bc he works too much, E seems to be sleeping all the time, J seems promising. LA's - Sis H came to a cottage night on Friday it was good, they all enjoy my singing :P. Sis F is always cool I help her with maths sometimes bc she's doing something at uni. the P's are doing great we might be doing some service for them - help painting. Sis W looks after her dad who is old and can't move so she doesn't come to church but loves to see missionaries.

What do you want to know about the area and then hopefully I can tell you??
